Applications invited separately for K.P.P. Nambiar Technology Leadership Award and Young Innovator Award.
Late K.P.P. Nambiar was a visionary technologist and industrialist who pioneered the electronics technology revolution in India, especially in Kerala.
As the founder of Keltron, C-DAC, Technopark and IIM Kozhikode, CMD of Indian Telephone Industries and Secretary of the Union Department of Electronics, he paved the way for the development of electronics and information technology industries in India by formulating and implementing revolutionary policies and making India a global technology destination.
The 4th award, “ KPP Nambiar Technology Leadership Award” is presented by Keltronoruma, a group of former employees of Keltron. The KPP Leadership Award is to recognize individuals under the age of 60 who have made significant contributions to the development, application, deployment and dissemination of technology in the fields of electronics, computers and information technology in India for their innovative ideas, development, application, deployment and dissemination of technology.
To further expand this mission and extend its impact to the younger generation, Keltronoruma is also introducing the KPP Nambiar – Young Innovator Award from this year.
This award is presented to encourage young talents in technological development, innovative ideas and entrepreneurship.
The age group is 15 to 30 years.
The youth nominated for the award should embody KPP Nambiar’s technological mindset and social values in their work.
Award The winners will be presented with trophies and certificates.
The winner of the Young Innovator Award will receive a cash award of Rs. 50,000, sponsored by Mr. Sam M. John, a former Keltron employee and now the head of Innovative Products Inc., USA, along with necessary support and mentorship.
Applicants for the awards must be Indian or of Indian origin. The achievements and activities of the person being considered for the Young Innovator Award must have been carried out in Kerala.

by 7th November 2025. Applications should include detailed bio-data, details of the applicant’s achievements, activities, recognitions, awards, certificates, Nominations should include the innovative technological, commercial and social impact of the project. A panel of experts will select the award winners based on factors that reflect the objectives of the award. The awards will be presented at the Keltronoruma Annual Conference on 13th December 2025.

കെൽട്രോൺ, സി-ഡാക്, ടെക്നോപാർക്ക്, കോഴിക്കോട് ഐഐഎം എന്നിവയുടെ സ്ഥാപകൻ, ഇന്ത്യൻ ടെലിഫോൺ ഇൻഡസ്ട്രീസ് സിഎംഡി , കേന്ദ്ര ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് വകുപ്പ് സെക്രട്ടറി, എന്നീ നിലകളിൽ വിപ്ലവകരമായ നയങ്ങൾ രൂപീകരിച്ചും നടപ്പിലാക്കിയും, ഇന്ത്യയെ സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയുടെ ആഗോള ലക്ഷ്യസ്ഥാനമാക്കി മാറ്റിക്കൊണ്ടും അദ്ദേഹം ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ്, ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി വ്യവസായ രംഗ വികസനത്തിന് വഴിയൊരുക്കി.
കെൽട്രോണിലെ മുൻ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ കൂട്ടായ്മയായ കെൽട്രോണൊരുമയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ നൽകുന്ന 4-ാമത് അവാർഡ് ആണ് “ കെ പി പി നമ്പ്യാർ ടെക്നോളജി ലീഡർഷിപ്പ് അവാർഡ് ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ്, കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ, ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി മേഖലകളിൽ നവീനമായ ആശയങ്ങൾക്കും, വികസനം, പ്രയോഗം, വിന്യാസം, സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയുടെ വ്യാപനം എന്നിവയിൽ ഗണ്യമായ സംഭാവന നൽകിയ 60 വയസ് വരെ പ്രായമുള്ള വ്യക്തികളെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ളതാണ് KPP ലീഡർഷിപ്പ് അവാർഡ്.
ഈ ദൗത്യം കൂടുതൽ വിപുലീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും യുവതലമുറയിലേക്ക് അതിന്റെ സ്വാധീനം വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി, ഈ വർഷം മുതൽ കെൽട്രോണൊരുമ കെ പി പി നമ്പ്യാർ – യംഗ് ഇന്നവേറ്റർ അവാർഡ് കൂടി പുതുതായി ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.
സാങ്കേതിക വികസനത്തിലും നവീന ആശയങ്ങൾക്കും സംരംഭകത്വത്തിലും യുവ പ്രതിഭകളെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടിയാണ് ഈ അവാർഡ് സമ്മാനിക്കുന്നത്.
15 മുതൽ 30 വയസ്സ് വരെയുള്ളവരെയാണ് ഇതിനായി പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്.
അവാർഡിനായി നാമനിർദ്ദേശം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്ന യുവാക്കൾ കെ പി പി നമ്പ്യാരുടെ സാങ്കേതിക മനോഭാവവും സാമൂഹിക മൂല്യങ്ങളും അവരുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്നവരായിരിക്കണം.
അവാർഡ് ജേതാക്കൾക്ക് ട്രോഫിയും സർട്ടിഫിക്കററും സമ്മാനിക്കും .
യംഗ് ഇന്നവേറ്റർ അവാർഡ് ജേതാവിന് മുൻ കെൽട്രോൺ ജീവനക്കാരനും ഇപ്പോൾ യുഎസ്എ യിലെ ഇന്നൊവേറ്റീവ് പ്രോഡക്ട്സ് ഇൻകോർപ്പറേറ്റഡിന്റെ മേധാവിയുമായ മിസ്റ്റർ സാം എം ജോൺ സ്പോൺസർ ചെയ്യുന്ന അരലക്ഷം രൂപ ക്യാഷ് അവാർഡും, ആവശ്യമായ പിന്തുണയും മെന്റർഷിപ്പും ലഭിക്കും.
